I think the people who disagree with her are right. Her review is more of a rant (complaining about the authors' clothing choices?). It also sounds like she didn't finish the book. At the end they say that they really want people to be healthy, not skinny. Not everyone is meant to be skinny, they just wanted us to question what we put in our bodies.
