Fingers crossed! I like to tell people that banks will still give practically anybody a mortgage. I got one! Not the greatest rate, but good enough that I can afford my monthly payments plus a little extra each month. And my credit was actually pretty terrible. So long as you can document your earnings--and you can--and have a good rental history--and you do--and decent credit, I think they&#039;ll be able to find something that will work for you.

I loved your old place so much. I frequently fantasize about knocking out the wall between you and the neighbors and converting it to one big apartment. That would be perfect.</description>
