We got our marriage license in Houston a couple of weeks before. I wrote in one of my blog posts that I'd booked an appointment to get married a few weeks before the actual date. I know Justice Cinderela Guevara married us. And I know it cost me $100 cash. I remember not finding much online either (2.5 years ago) but I think i eventually called a phone number that worked and booked the appointment that way. Good luck, I highly recommend it! The one with chile wasn't as good as Vosges' Fire bar (which the Thuderbird was selling) but the Sesame bar is awesome and we still have a little bit of it left. Yes, we DID buy some chocolate bars.
