So I was really frustrated with them a few months ago. But they’re seriously showing love. I got a phone call last week from the same person who e-mailed me. She said that because of the holidays they’d been backed up and she would have an answer for me this week. Nice of her, but I didn’t expect much else.
Tonight she called me again and left me a voicemail and apologized for not calling me on Monday but said that it was indeed sent out Monday. And if I didn’t receive it, please feel free to call her direct number. And to call if I had any questions.
Granted, my drivers license is 3 months late, but still, props to them for actually working on it and not making me fight them. Or worse, give in and just buy another one.
